Through our many years of experience and the excellent cooperation with various airlines, handling agents, the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO), the Border Veterinary Service, animal handling facilities at airports and a variety of veterinarians and pet boarding facilities we offer a wide range of services for the transport of your furry family member.
Which service fits best for your pet?
Accompanied
The passenger makes a reservation for the pet directly with the airline. Your pet travels either in the cargo hold as excess baggage* (AVIH) or in the cabin* (PETC).
*Rules/restrictions vary from one airline and destination to another and depend on your pet’s weight, size and breed.

- Road transport in our fleet of specially fitted and air conditioned vehicles
- Pet hotel bookings (if required)
- Vet appointment / fit-to-travel examination and required health certificate(s)
- Import and export permit applications (if required)
- Quarantine booking (if required)
- Guidance, assistance and review of documentation
Unaccompanied separate itinerary
We coordinate the transportation of your pet, regardless of your own travel plans*. We reserve space in the cargo compartment with the airline (AVI – manifested cargo). An Air Waybill will be issued for you pet’s journey. This serves as your pet’s very own ticket.
*available travel routes depend on the destination, airline as well as your pet’s weight, size and breed.
