I can not say enough good things about your service. You have been so fantastic. I have really appreciated the regular and proactive communication and advice from you. Please also pass my thanks to Henk – what a truly lovely gentleman. It was so reassuring to hand Lily over to someone who clearly loves animals.
I have no doubt the team did everything possible to make the move as smooth and stressless as possible for both Lily and me!
We will let you how it goes when we see Lily after quarantine.
